A carefree Newfoundland elopement in the pouring rain
The rain began to fall just as these two sweet souls were finishing their vows by the old lighthouse, but they didn’t let that stop them. We explored all over the island in the pouring rain, and S+A had such a blast. Bell Island is one of the most beautiful places in Newfoundland, with cliffs to give Ireland a run for its money, old mines, beaches, and wildflowers galore. After a morning playing in the rain, the newlyweds returned to the lighthouse for lunch with their immediate family.
This was such a stunning and sweet day, and the ultimate reminder that rain on your wedding day is no biggie if you just embrace it and let it fall.
