Jess and Ashton wanted a wedding day that felt joyful, free, and entirely their own—celebrating the rugged beauty of the coast while staying present with each other.
We wandered along the shoreline trails, pausing to take in the wind, the waves, and the small, happy moments that naturally unfolded. A spontaneous stop at a brightly coloured ice cream shop added a playful, whimsical touch to the day.
Later, we explored a nearby lighthouse, letting the surroundings guide the moments instead of a rigid timeline. The day culminated in a sunlit meadow, where Jess and Ashton kicked off their shoes and ran through the tall grass, laughing and moving with pure joy.
Every detail of this intimate wedding was filled with presence: quiet pauses, bursts of laughter, and playful spontaneity that felt entirely true to them.
Captured on 35mm film, the images reflect the texture of the coast, the warmth of the sun, and the genuine connection between these two.
This is the kind of day that lingers—not because of the places you go, but because of the moments you fully inhabit together.

If this kind of wedding day speaks to you, I’d love to connect.
