Self Love Sessions were one of the very first aspects of my business I created back in 2013 (!!) and I have grown to love them more with each passing year. These sessions are, quite simply, the space for you to show up exactly as you are and be celebrated for who you are and the season of life you are in.

More than just a portrait session, this is an honest reflection of your self.

What’s included in a Self Love Session?

Self Love Sessions are 1+ hours, and you will receive a minimum of 30 edited, high res images in digital and 35mm film formats.

What should I wear for my Self Love Session?

Whatever makes you feel most like yourself. Maybe that’s a spring dress – maybe that’s your favourite cozy wool sweater. I’m always here to run outfit ideas and Pinterest boards by, but I always recommend going with what makes you feel most comfortable, and most connected to yourself.

What time of year is best for Self Love Sessions?

In short, any time! I love a summer evening Self Love Session wandering in a field of wildflowers, but there is also something so powerful about the inner work and growth we go through in the winter months too, and some of my favourite Self Love Sessions have taken place in the winter. It all depends on your preference!

Where do you offer Self Love Sessions?

I am based in Squamish, BC and sessions are regularly available here in the Sea to Sky region. If you are located elsewhere in BC, or elsewhere in the country, you can touch base to find out when I will have availability in your area!

Self Love Sessions start at $600.00 for a one hour session, with film included.
