signs we might be a good fit:

You're envisioning a gathering with 20-60 of your closest people for your wedding

you care more about the experience than the production

you’re drawn to shared meals, conversation, and slow moments

you want your wedding to feel relaxed, not scheduled

Documented as it unfolds, not staged for the camera.

Real connection creates the most meaningful photographs.

Emotion and atmosphere matter more than perfection.

Every image is made with intention, care, and respect for the moment.

A slower, more mindful approach allows space for presence.

You're not planning a big performative wedding.

You’re planning something smaller, more personal — a weekend with your people, a long table, good food, and space to actually be present.

These are the weddings I'm drawn to -- The ones that feel relaxed, a little unstructured, and deeply considered in their own quiet way. Focusing on how it feels, rather than just how it looks.

I photograph intimate weddings across Vancouver, Sea to Sky, and Vancouver Island on film — documenting what naturally unfolds rather than directing it.

The focus isn’t perfection. It’s the feeling of being there: the energy of the room, the way people gather, the moments that happen in between.

If this sounds like what you're planning, I'd love to hear about it.
