Revelstoke wedding venues are less about grand ballrooms and more about how a place feels when your favourite people are gathered together. From mountain lodges to intimate restaurants, these spaces are well suited to couples who value good food, meaningful connection, and a relaxed pace. If you’re planning a smaller or more intentional celebration, Revelstoke offers venues that invite you to slow down and truly be present.
Revelstoke Wedding Photographer

Hi folks, I’m Heather! I am a Revelstoke Wedding Photographer with a slow, gentle documentary approach for couples who value presence and connection. I document intimate weddings, micro weddings and elopements primarily on 35 mm film, based in Revelstoke, BC. I love to help my couples with every steps of the planning process, and below I’ve gathered some of my favourite Revelstoke Wedding Venues for intimate and non-traditional weddings in this amazing town!
Revelstoke Intimate Wedding Venues
Here is a list of my favourite Revelstoke Wedding Venues for intimate weddings and micro weddings, from Revelstoke Mountain Resort’s different venue options, to local restaurants, to outdoor campground vibes, to airbnb ski chalets. Let me know your favourites, or if your fave isn’t on the list!
Traditional Venues
1. Eagle Pass Lodge
capacity: 50 in The Nest restauraunt, 110 outdoors
ideal for: outdoor weddings surrounded by nature, indoor MCM vibes, top tier food experience

Eagle Pass Lodge is ideal for couples who want their wedding to feel like a shared weekend, not a single event. With space to gather indoors and out, it’s easy to linger over meals, pour another glass of wine, and actually spend time with your people. Outdoor areas work well for long-table dinners in the warmer months, catered by their incredible fine dining farm-to-fork restaurant The Nest, while the interior feels cozy and relaxed in the evenings. Best suited to couples who value presence, comfort, and unrushed connection.
2. Musta Lato Barn at Tammen Mokki
capacity: *inquiry sent
ideal for: outdoor weddings, rustic vibes

Musta Lato Barn has a warm, grounded feel that naturally encourages guests to settle in and stay awhile. The open barn and surrounding meadow make it well suited to long-table dinners outdoors, with an easy flow between ceremony, cocktails, and dinner. Inside, the space feels simple and welcoming — not overly styled, just honest and comfortable. A great choice for couples who care more about how the day feels than how it’s staged.
3. Revelstoke Mountain Resort
The resort actually has quite a variety of venue options for different sizes and vibes, so let’s break those down:
Revelation Lodge
capacity: up to 350 (but can accomodate cozier weddings as well)
ideal for: intimate deck weddings with a view

Revelation Lodge offers a quiet, elevated mountain setting that still feels intimate for smaller weddings. The indoor space has a warm lodge ambience that works beautifully for candlelit dinners and relaxed conversation after the sun dips. Outdoor decks can be used for ceremonies or long-table dinners with panoramic views. Best for couples who want a shared mountain experience paired with good food and a calm, grounded atmosphere.
Rockford Bar + Grill
capacity: 120
ideal for: urban cocktail bar vibes

Rockford Bar & Grill is well suited to intimate celebrations where food and drink are the main focus. The indoor ambience is warm, modern, and softly lit — perfect for long dinners, good conversation, and a slow, enjoyable evening. While it’s primarily an indoor space, it excels at creating a cozy, connected feeling without feeling formal. Ideal for couples who want a refined but relaxed dining experience with their closest people.
The MacKenzie Tavern
capacity: 110
ideal for: couples who want a more laid-back atmosphere

The MacKenzie Tavern has an easy, social feel that works well for couples who want their wedding to feel like a great dinner party. Indoors, the ambience is warm and lively, encouraging mingling, shared plates, and unstructured time together. While not focused on formal outdoor dining, it’s excellent for relaxed receptions centered around food, drinks, and connection. Best for couples who want things to feel natural, casual, and genuinely fun.
4. Griffin Lake Resort
capacity: 150 outdoor (limited accomodation available)
ideal for: outdoor weddings with a campground feel

Griffin Lake Resort is a strong choice for couples who want a quiet, outdoor-focused micro wedding with a campground feel. The lakeside setting works beautifully for long-table dinners outdoors, especially in the evening light. The overall feel is calm and unpolished in the best way — more about being present than putting on a show. Ideal for couples who value meaningful time with guests in a peaceful, natural setting.
5. Glacier House Resort
capacity: 60 indoor, 150 outdoor
ideal for: outdoor weddings

Glacier House Resort offers a tucked-away forest setting that feels private and comfortable. Outdoor spaces can accommodate long-table dinners surrounded by trees, while the indoor areas feel warm and cozy for shared meals and conversation. The atmosphere supports slower timelines and lingering moments. Well suited to couples who want their wedding to feel grounded, intimate, and easy.
Revelstoke Restaurants as Wedding Venues
Over the past few years I have been photographing more and more intimate weddings and micro weddings in restaurants and I absolutely love it. Especially for couples who are passionate about good food and wine or cocktails, for those who love a modern vibe, and for folks who want an event with minimal planning fuss. Restaurants have the decor, the facilities, the sound system, and the catering all figured out. All you need to do is book the place and send the invitations! Lucky for you, this town has got some truly incredible restaurants for your Intimate Revelstoke Wedding.
Note: I haven’t seen weddings in these spaces before and the info wasn’t very readily available, but I have reached out to each place to ask about booking possibilities and capacity numbers. I will update each listing as I hear back!
1. Alfred’s
capacity: 45
ideal for: couples who really love good food and wine, laid back fine dining, and really fun design

Alfred’s is a natural fit for couples who want their wedding to feel like a thoughtfully planned dinner party, and for couples who love fun design. The focus here is on seasonal food, good wine, craft cocktails, and unhurried conversation in a totallu unstuffy (and really quite fun) atmosphere. Best suited to intimate groups who value quality over spectacle. I would LOVE to shoot a wedding or rehearsal dinner here in 2026!!
2. Old School Eatery
capacity: *inquiry sent
ideal for: don’t ask me to explain but if you love funky flash photography you will love this space

Old School Eatery is quite literally an old schoolhouse, and the historic charm of the place is a great vibe – mix between funky retro and thoughtful cozy details. The menu reflects the same sense of coziness with a funky twist. There is a relaxed, lived-in warmth that encourages connection and easy conversation. It’s especially well suited to very small weddings or private dinners where food is central and the atmosphere matters more than presentation. Ideal for couples who want something heartfelt and unfussy.
3. Monshee Spirits Craft Distillery

ideal for: a more laid-back vibe than the others on the list, while still feeling upscale

Monashee Spirits Craft Distillery is perfect for couples who want a relaxed, social celebration built around great drinks and easy connection.
